Shipping policy

All orders are proccessed within 3-5 business days after recieving your order confirmation email. You will recieve another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping is between 3-5 business days.  Delays may occur due to covid-19.

 How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will recieve an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@magicallymagical.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
